crib bedding

I purchased a bedding set from this company in early December. It arrived in a very dirty condition (not used, but "industial dirt" imprinted from pressing. I decided to see if it would wash out before returning, and it did. After washing and losing its commercial pressing, it was evident that the quality was not very good and it would not hold up. I wrote an Amazon review saying so. I immediately got a phone call from Soho Bedding Customer Service and was told that the company wanted to make things right, they were a start-up and as such fixing problems, and would send me a $39 value blanket if I took my review down. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took the review down. I was told the blanket would arrive by Christmas. It had not arrived by Mid-January, so I called once and left a message, followed up by two emails to the address left on the phone messege. I purchased this item as a gift for a family member, she was having her first child and did not have any bedding for the new crib. I was very disappointed with the fact that it did not include the musical mobile device. For the price I paid, it should have been one of the items included, especially since the bedding is of low quality. Afterwards I found the mobile device that matched the bedding set listed for $25.00! Too much...

Bought THIS set for my new baby that is on the way. Received everything in a timely manner. Checked it all out and come to find out we were sent the entirely wrong set. has 10 pieces like this one, however the one we got is pink and gross BROWN all over it and not even close to the same design. The only similarity is there is a few butterflies and flowers on it, not at all the one we ordered.

7 day return/refund is a joke! Who has that kind of refund policy? Now we are stuck with something we didn't even order and it's too late to even exchange it. Not at all impressed with this company.
