I was so excited when the product was delivered in 3 or 4 days. I opened the box and pulled out the bag; it was beautiful...just like the picture. When I was putting the bag back in the box I noticed it; a soil mark on one of the white squares with the scroll flowers on it. I was devastated but I pulled out the receipt and immediately contacted BabySuperMall (who the item was shipped by). They told me to email them a picture of the spot and the manufacturer would probably just send me a replacement piece. I did as they instructed and had a response from them within 2 hours stating that yes, the manufacturer would send out a replacement piece and it should arrive in 7-10 business days. I recieved the replacement piece in 4 business days and it was perfect. Although there was a problem I am very satisfied with the way it was resolved and I would definitely do it all over again and I do plan on buying other pieces through Amazon.com and BabySuperMall.

This is way nicer and more colorful in real life. I was shocked at all the different textures and fabrics used. It's high quality and it shows.

Overall I like this product there are just a few minor issues that prevent me from giving this a 5 star rating. The first is that when I prewashed the bumper the color from the red tie tabs bled onto the white bits. Not enough to be really noticeable but for the price you pay enough to be irritating. Second is that the ties themselves are not quite long enough to be able to tie into bows easily around the crib slats. I am happy with this set, just wanted to share my findings.
